2. Products, Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, or cancel orders if stock is unavailable or
suspected of fraudulent activity.
Product colors shown on screens are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur across physical
garments due to display settings and manufacturing batches.
3. Pre-Orders & Payment
When you place a pre-order, full payment is processed immediately to secure your garment allocation.

Estimated dispatch dates are stated on the product page. While we aim to dispatch on schedule, unexpected
transit or manufacturing delays may occur. You retain your rights under Australian Consumer Law if delays are
unreasonable.
4. Consumer Rights & Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer
Act 2010 (Cth). Our garments come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including rights
to repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, JOINT PACIFIC ARCHIVE GOLF is not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site usage, minor delivery delays by third-party carriers (e.g.,
Australia Post), or improper garment care outside our wash/care instructions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes
arising from these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
